1. Who we are

Jyots Labs is the developer and publisher of Jyots Adventures and future Jyots Labs apps. You can contact us at support@jyotsnafunzone.in.

2. Information we intentionally request

Jyots Adventures is designed so that a child does not need to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number or precise location in order to play. The Jyots Labs website does not include a public account-registration system or contact form.

3. Local game data

The app may store game progress, settings, stars, unlocked content or similar gameplay information locally on the device. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove this local progress.

4. Advertising and third-party services

Jyots Adventures may use third-party services such as Google AdMob to display advertising. Where the app is directed to children or includes children in its target audience, advertising settings are intended to be configured in accordance with the applicable child-directed and family policies. Third-party services may process limited device, app-interaction, security, fraud-prevention or advertising-related information according to their own policies and the configuration used in the app.

We do not intend to use personalized advertising for child-directed users.

5. Information we do not intend to collect

• Precise location for gameplay.
• Contacts or address-book information.
• Photos, videos, microphone recordings or camera content unless a future feature clearly requires it and this policy is updated first.
• A child’s email address or phone number for normal gameplay.

6. Support emails

If a parent or other user emails us for support, we receive the information included in that email, such as the sender’s email address and message content. We use it to respond to the request and maintain necessary support records.

7. Children’s privacy

We design our children’s experiences with additional care. We aim to minimize data collection, avoid unnecessary permissions and use child-appropriate settings for services included in the app. Parents may contact us with privacy questions or requests.

8. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control and keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, subject to legal, security and operational requirements.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our apps, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
